Cape Cod Academy Graduates the Class of 2019

Graduation at Cape Cod Academy (CCA) was held on Friday, June 7th. The 15 students in the graduating class processed into the large tent on the athletic fields behind bagpipe player, Roger Gamache, who has been a faculty member for three years. Interim Head of School, Chad Small, welcomed students, parents, guests, and faculty. Invocation was delivered by retiring humanities teacher, Larry Brown, who also received a standing ovation when board of trustee member, Margaret Van Sciver, announced that the school is naming his former classroom after him.
The ceremony also included a presentation of awards, along with a senior address given by graduating senior, Sasha Rivers. This was the 43rd commencement exercise at Cape Cod Academy. Click here to view the list of colleges and universities that have accepted CCA students this year.
