Robert Manz Joins Faculty at CCA

CCA is pleased to welcome Robert Manz as a part-time faculty member. He will be teaching photography and graphic design classes. He is a fine art photographer working in natural light.
Robert graduated as class valedictorian from Archmere Academy in Claymont, Delaware. He first trained as a photojournalist at Harvard. After finishing college, he deferred further photography to study Medieval European History as a graduate student at Harvard, obtaining a Master’s degree and Professional Accounting at Northeastern University, obtaining a Master’s Degree there as well. He audited various New England companies and institutions for Coopers & Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers) and consulted for various New England companies primarily with respect to technology commercialization. He helped the Technical University of Budapest develop its industrial liaison program. He has significant experience with not-for-profit institutions having audited Harvard, advised Milton Academy on strategy, and fulfilled duties as Treasurer of the Marine Biological Laboratory for almost ten years. 
Robert’s photographs have appeared on multiple covers of Cape Cod Life. He has a studio in Pocasset where he shows his work and publishes calendars featuring his photographs and those of others for towns from Falmouth, Massachusetts to Camden, Maine. He believes that art is a shared fantasy, and he is very pleased to be able to share his experience in photography and digital graphics with the students of Cape Cod Academy.
Robert has lived in various parts of the world, including the Philippines, Iran, Ireland, and Italy, but has been coming to or living on Cape Cod for his entire life.
Cape Cod Academy is one of the only independent, co-educational, college preparatory schools serving students from kindergarten to grade 12 on Cape Cod.
