About

Faculty & Staff

Fabulous faculty who really know my daughter and strive to develop her strengths and help develop her independence so that she will succeed after she leaves this wonderful environment." - Upper School parent

Teachers are our greatest asset.

At Cape Cod Academy, each of our faculty brings more than just knowledge to their classrooms. They bring compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to the growth and well-being of our students. They inspire curiosity in the youngest learners, guide our middle schoolers through their formative years, and prepare our upper school students for the challenges of college and the world beyond these walls.

And they do all of this not just with intellect, but with the biggest of hearts.

In hallways, classrooms, studios, and on athletic surfaces, you will witness moments of quiet encouragement and sparks of discovery, and you’ll smile at the small, thoughtful gestures that make a student feel known and valued.

Faculty are at the core of our school.  Their dedication to our school shapes the culture of academic excellence that defines Cape Cod Academy.  Indeed, they are our greatest asset!
