Cape Cod Academy strives to make our school accessible to as many children as possible to ensure our community is diverse, inclusive, and academically enriching. To this end, CCA offers a financial-aid program dedicated to promoting access to the school to all qualified students, regardless of family financial circumstances.

Families Applying For Financial Aid

To begin the financial aid process, create an account in Clarity.
All new and returning candidates for aid must complete a financial aid application each year. The application typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete. Please refer to these resources for guidance:

  • Payment Schedules

    Plan A: Pay in Full with Tuition Refund Insurance (TRP)
    - Tuition deposit (10%) due with enrollment contract. 
    - Remaining Balance (90%) Due July 1, 2026.

    Plan B: Pay in Full without Tuition Refund Insurance (TRP)
    - Tuition deposit (10%) due with enrollment contract. 
    - Remaining Balance (90%) Due July 1, 2026.

    Plan C: Pay in Two Installments
    - Tuition deposit (10%) due with enrollment contract. 
    - Remaining Balance to be Paid in Two Installments: (60%)Due on July 1, 2026 and (40%) Due on December 1, 2026. 
    - TRP Required.

    Plan D: Pay Monthly
    - Tuition deposit (10%) due with enrollment contract. 
    - Remaining balance to be paid in 9 (nine) monthly installments (10%) Due each month, July 2026 through March 2027. 
    - TRP Required.

  • Tuition Refund Insurance Policy

    The tuition refund insurance policy is included in the enrollment packet. If a student leaves CCA during the school year, a prorated amount for tuition paid for the remainder of the school year will be partially reimbursed for unused school days based upon the criteria outlined in the policy for medical or voluntary withdrawal or involuntary dismissal. Cape Cod Academy strongly recommends all families enroll in this plan.

    Insurance coverage is billed at 1.7% of the net tuition payment. The plan is fully described in the available brochure. Should you have further questions regarding the plan, please feel free to contact Dewar's directly at 617.774.1555.
