Campus

Our campus and facilities are second to none.

Cape Cod Academy’s beautiful, vibrant campus is located in the seaside town of Osterville. Across 44 acres are not only our signature Cape-like buildings and athletic fields, but also forests, walking trails, a vernal pool and greenhouse, our resident osprey nest, and three outdoor classrooms.

The academic campus is comprised of six interconnected buildings, which house the Lower (LS), Middle (MS), and Upper (US) schools and all the programming that makes the Seahawk Experience so special:

  • Wilkens Hall
  • Davis Commons
  • The Science & Math Building
  • Founders Hall
  • The original Upper School Building

The academic complex, includes:
  • Tew Library (LS)
  • Ungerman Library (MS & US)
  • Sidman Lecture Hall
  • 6 advanced science laboratories
  • A dedicated LS science lab
  • 3 visual and digital art studios
  • Ceramic wheels & kiln
  • A main stage
  • The Learning Center
  • 1 music pavilion
In addition, our premier athletic facilities include:
  • 4 varsity sized playing fields
  • 8 tennis courts
  • Outdoor heated pool (used for both PE classes and summer programming) 
  • 2 full-size gymnasiums
  • Cross-country course
  • LS playground and playing field
Cape Cod Academy is one of the only independent, co-educational, college preparatory schools serving students from kindergarten to grade 12 on Cape Cod.
