Our students are well prepared for college. Our college counseling program focuses on "counseling" rather than “placement”. We are here to counsel, guide, and support students through their college journey. Our program is personal and unique and acts as a support and resource throughout the process.
CCA's College Counseling Office provides a thorough, structured program that offers grade-appropriate advice, activities, and events. Our counseling simultaneously takes the form of individual meetings that increase in frequency in the junior and senior years. The process includes intensive work with students and parents, as well as teachers, coaches, advisors, and college admissions representatives. At Cape Cod Academy, we are fortunate in being able to know our students well, allowing us to be strong advocates to the colleges on their behalf. And because our counselor knows our students well, she is able to personalize each student's unique college list and provide guidance for the best fit.
Cape Cod Academy is accredited by NEASC and a member of the National Association for Independent Schools (NAIS) and the Association of Independent Schools of New England (AISNE).
