The Cape Cod Academy Board of Trustees, the school's governing body, is responsible for the mission, vision, and strategic goals of the school and for the broad policies and plans to implement them.
The Board is comprised of CCA supporters with a variety of affiliations, including current and past parents, alumni/ae, members of the Cape Cod community, the head of school, and the chair of the Parent Association. Trustees volunteer their time for Board activities, including attendance at Board meetings on alternate months and participation on committees.
The CCA Board operates by principles of good practice as set forth by the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS).
