Throughout the science curriculum, we seek to foster an appreciation and understanding of natural world, with specific focus on Cape Cod’s unique ecosystem. Students gain traditional laboratory skills using the scientific method that are complemented with tools to ask and answer questions based in Next Generation Science Standards. Working collaboratively and based on their questions, students design and conduct experiments to become effective problem solvers who are able to communicate their evidence-based conclusions clearly and effectively.
