The major goals and objectives of the technology curriculum are to help students become technologically literate, to use technology as a tool for learning, to become independent learners, and to become responsible citizens using technology ethically and wisely. Through a comprehensive curriculum, students are introduced to a variety of computer applications and tools. A project-based approach allows students to develop at their own pace and focus on the interrelationship of applications. Students apply these skills to projects in many areas of the curriculum.
