CCA Semi-Formal Dance
New Seabury Country Club
Dance Attendance Rules
The dance is open to students in grades 9 through 12 only.
Tickets are sold in advance only. You may not purchase a ticket at the door.
The dance is from 7 to 10 p.m. You must arrive by 7:45 p.m. and leave promptly at 10 p.m. Do not wait until the dance is over to call for a ride.
If you plan to bring a non CCA guest, you must provide his/her name, address and parents’ phone number when you purchase tickets.
Dress for the event is “semi-formal”. Boys should wear a collared dress shirt, tie, jacket, long pants and dress shoes. Girls should wear appropriate dresses and shoes. You must dress appropriately (and remain dressed appropriately) to attend the dance.
Students are not allowed to bring any food or beverage (including water) into the building.
Please check in with the chaperones when you arrive.
Once you arrive, you must remain at the dance until you leave to go home.
If you leave before 10 p.m., you must sign out with the chaperone at the door.
Dancing is encouraged but it must be an appropriate style for a public place and a school dance. “Grinding” and other sexually suggestive dancing is not appropriate.
You are responsible for communicating these rules to any non-CCA guests you bring.
