Middle School Students Help Those in Need

Faculty member Mary Albis shares, “The group of 7 students, including 5th grader Tristan Roman, 7th graders Zachary Roman, Christian Linberg and Noelle Benoit, and 8th graders Jack Simon, Will McCutcheon and Ben Rotunno worked as a team to fill a total of 63 food baskets with the makings for a delicious holiday meal. Many of the food items were donated by CCA families, part of an on-going middle school community service project begun in 2008. During these last few years, nearly 1,000 bags of groceries have been donated to area food pantries courtesy of CCA families. Thank you to Tristan, Zachary, Christian, Noelle, Jack, Will, Ben and their Moms who willingly gave their time for this worthwhile project.”
