- Fee: $5.00 per transcript and $40 per diploma (plus shipping).
- Payment instructions will be provided after you submit this form.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
- Official transcripts can be sent directly to schools, employers, or other organizations.
- Replacement diplomas are mailed to the address provided.
