The Seahawk Fund

Thank You for Supporting Cape Cod Academy

The Seahawk Fund is the heart of philanthropy at Cape Cod Academy. Through the generosity of parents, alumni, grandparents, faculty, staff, and friends, The Seahawk Fund provides the flexible, immediate support that strengthens every aspect of the Seahawk experience—from exceptional teaching and innovative programs to arts, athletics, and financial aid. Together, our community invests in the people and opportunities that inspire curious, confident learners and make a Cape Cod Academy education accessible for students and families.

As Cape Cod Academy celebrates its 50th anniversary, every gift to The Seahawk Fund honors the school's legacy while helping advance the Soaring to New Heights strategic plan. Your support empowers students and faculty today, expands opportunities for tomorrow, and ensures that future generations of Seahawks will continue to learn, grow, and soar.

Make your gift to The Seahawk Fund today and help CCA soar to new heights!

Why Your Gift Matters

The Seahawk Fund is Cape Cod Academy’s Annual Fund and provides the flexible support that allows the school to invest in every aspect of the Seahawk experience for our students. Your generosity strengthens exceptional teaching, expands opportunities in academics, arts, and athletics, supports faculty growth, enhances campus resources, and makes a CCA education accessible for students and families.
You can choose to support what matters most to you. Direct your Seahawk Fund gift to one of the following areas:
  • Academics
  • Arts
  • Athletics
  • Faculty
  • Financial Aid
  • Greatest Need

Why Philanthropy Matters

Like all independent schools, Cape Cod Academy relies on charitable giving to supplement tuition revenue. Tuition covers most—but not all—of the cost of providing the personalized, enriching education that defines the Seahawk experience. Gifts to The Seahawk Fund help bridge that gap, ensuring today's students benefit from outstanding programs, dedicated faculty, and meaningful opportunities every day.

Why Participation Matters

Every gift sends a powerful message of confidence in Cape Cod Academy's mission. Whether you are a parent, alum, grandparent, faculty or staff member, or friend of the school, your participation demonstrates the strength of our community and helps inspire others to invest in our students. Every gift makes a difference.

When to Give

The Seahawk Fund supports students all year long, and gifts are welcomed at any time during our fiscal year (July 1–June 30). Early gifts provide immediate resources for the school and help build momentum throughout the year.

Giving Opportunities

  • Fall Appeal (October)
  • Giving Day (November)
  • Calendar Year-End Giving (December 31)
  • Spring Gala & Auction (May)
  • Fiscal Year-End Giving (June 30)

How Much Should I Give?

The most meaningful gift is one that reflects your commitment to Cape Cod Academy. Every contribution, regardless of size, helps strengthen the Seahawk experience. We encourage every member of our community to make Cape Cod Academy one of their philanthropic priorities and to give at a level that is meaningful for their family.

Our 2026-2027 Goal

This year's goal is to raise $675,000 for The Seahawk Fund while inspiring broad participation from parents, alumni, grandparents, faculty, staff, and friends. Every gift brings us closer to providing extraordinary opportunities for every Seahawk.

How Do I Give?

There are many ways that you can also support the school — from writing a check to planning your legacy. Explore ways to give.

Double Your Impact

Many employers match charitable contributions to independent schools, allowing your gift to go even further. Check with your employer to see if your company offers a matching gift program and maximize the impact of your support. Matching gifts count toward recognition in our Leadership Society.

Why We Give

I give because: 1) I want CCA to continue to provide the best learning environment on the Cape; and 2) There are parents just like mine that want to make the intentional choice to send their child to CCA, but need a little help to make that happen.
Trustee Chris Motta-Wurst ‘04

We are grateful for the strong sense of community at CCA; it feels like one big family to us. Meeting new people and making great connections are two of the best aspects of this. – Olga and Jay Bronov P ‘31, ‘35
